I once lived in a house on the corner of Esplanade and Burgundy

my father managed a bonbon, liquor and wine shop

there was an ancient wine cellar, where we would go and explore. during wine tastings, we would sip and learn the wines. nibble on cheeses trimmed from huge blocks. little can match a good burgundy in taste and color.
