AING...found this, 8 for 1 stock split at nasdaqtrader.com Edgar filing little over 200 thousand shares issued sec.gov Name change to Omni Park Pass Inc. New symbol will be OMNP I called 214-212-2307 from the Edgar filing and Mr. Smith was very brisk with me and said they were out of business. Questions as I'm having to DD fast, does this look like a reverse merger, it's looking that way to me.
