It wasn't necessary to invade iraq, you are correct. OTOH, what excuse does the left have for allowing a merciless killer to rule iraq? That his rule caused so much hatred in his country is hardly the fault of George Bush. Saddam should have been take out the first time the US went in. That was the mistake.

But how many bodies does the left feel should be stacked up before we say stop. The Left is saying on TV that George Bush should think about the slaughter in Darfur. How Dare they, these people are once again being slaughtered by Muslims, how is that George Bush's business? If the left is trembling in fear in Iraq, what on earth will they do if Bush sends soldiers there and they start dying?

The problem is either you stand for something or you do not. The Left in the United States has proven it stands for retreat. The left has been less successful than George Bush at dealing with radical Islam, that is why Radical Islam is hoping for a Democratic win in the next election, because they know that the Democrats will run.
