I am looking at a managed care company - CNC. I owned some earlier in the year and sold it. They are a very efficient operator/ strong IT backbone for cost management and are growing revs and tbook at 20%+. Some figures:

Cap: 8B
Cash: 2B
D/ E: 0.12
P/ TB: 8
EV/ Rev: 0.38 (Profit Margin 1.7%)
EV/ EBITDA: 10
EV/ FCF: 6.9 (I gotta double check some of these #s)
EBIT/ Interest: 16
ROE: 20%
ROIC: 12%
5 year rev growth: 32%
5 year tbook growth: 20%
PE ttm: 24

Where would others consider this a buy? Mid to high teens PE? 0.25 PSR?
