I don't get your objection. It isn't relevant to the points that where under discussion.

Parties are not mentioned in the Constitution. That means they are neither required nor forbidden.

In any case what the constitution says about is a new topic. Your previous concerns where about 1 - How the 2 parties have games the system to their own benefit, and 2 - How supposedly our party system is totally different in the 20th century than it was earlier.
