They should but they aren't. I flipped through all 3 network morning shows today. All 3 lead off with hysterical lead stories on the "Presidential Purge". None of them mentioned the fact that these prosecutors serve at the pleasure of the President & that removing a small number of them is commonplace. None of them mentioned that Clinton fired all but one in 1993 or that it wasn't considered "newz"worthy back in 1993 either. Gonzales was grilled by Harry Smith with typical misleading DNC Talking Points. Rather than correct the BS or provide proper context, Gonzales simply attempted to answer the BS questions. He was on the defensive the entire time. It was pathetic by both the networks & Gonzales.
