Now, I ain't a legal guy, but that suggests that Intel have company specific rules about what can and can't be done.

So, my finance people aren't idiots (I didn't ask about Intel, but in general), I certainly have got the message because John knows what he's talking about and I don't think it's at all obvious that Intel has an unusual provision in its by-laws about what can and can't be done with the stock.

Fred, you're normally pretty level headed. You're much more friendly like that.
