Hitler got elected by the German people. He didn't win by absolute majority, but the relative majority of his party and other rules sufficed to get him into a Chavez style position and take it over from there. Of course such a scenario would always remain utterly unthinkable in the US of A, even so after Obama has legalized 20 million illegals all voting for him - and Pelosi - but still, however, seen from a truly academic point of view, the idea may be worth the while to spend a minute or two thinking about... /Taro
