Well, it's shaping up as an interesting day. Judging by the tenor and tone of the posts over the past 72 hours, the relative preponderance of negative posts, and the early price action of AAPL, I'd say Apple is undergoing a full blown bear assault. Probably looking for a lower exit point to cover; something that will probably be difficult if those Apple-Oracle merger rumors, or MOT/UMAX takeover rumors prove true. Regardless, Apple is also expected to make a bunch of important product and marketing annoucements in early/mid November, which could also move the stock; so, from a bears' point of view, the timing looks right.
