We are doing the same thing (accumulating). I am sticking to EnP's, and am actually picking up some illiquid issues at phenomenal prices as people give up in frustration. There are some GREAT deals out there in the little guys, if you do your homework. Of course there is a lot of crap out there too. Many of the little guys haven't been able to replace their depleting production.
