Is the ACLU planning to sue the state of OH for Joe the Plumber and pay his legal fees? That's what they do for illegal aliens, child molestors and pornographers and almost any other person breaking US laws. Surely they'll mount an aggressive legal defense of Joe's privacy rights? That's definitely a joke.<g>
