One more e-mail from Ciena investor relations about the "troubling" timing of the infamous AT&T call before the "vote". I get the idea that the main message here is that Ciena is "focused on rebuilding the business."

Mr. Dodson, At this point CIENA is continuing to investigate the events which occured prior to August 21st, however, the Company is not focused on this, but is focused on building the business.
