no design program...just hit and miss and searching the web for html codes... but here is a trick...once a site loads right click and click on view source and you will get the codes...of course you may find some bogus ones....or ones with more than you need...LIKE MINE!!! but that is one way I do it... I have about 6 free sites and load my pics on there usually and then link to the one site... fortunecity (10megs!!!!) tripod and geocities all have free sites they all have some kind of helper agent to help build your page but I have never used it....(well I guess i have to do things the hard way)
