Jim: "It did appear we saw some institutional buying on the bounce this morning but now we are back down...it's a start though..." Should see a few waves, hopefully building in strength on the upside...Nice recovery in AM, but not the staying power I was looking for...Let's see what happens this PM...It'd be nice to see a "green" DOW by the close, but maybe wishful thinking as many may not wish to hold for the weekend given the uncertainty on the political stage...(seems to me 100% uncertainty is already factored in though along with any other imaginable calamity!)
