Best reason I can come up with is the recent decision by the US to require foreign companies to apply for a permit before bidding on defence sensitive projects. See Globe and Mail Tuesday Apr 27. This will effectively keep these companies out of the running for these contracts. Lower revenues???? Will see how it all works out.
Recent insider buying by O'Donovan to the tune of 100k shares. No selling that I can see.
