Small Cap minimum is $4, Nasdaq National Market is $5. Those figures apply to initial listing. Only $1 is required to remain listed. There are many additional requirements such as assets. Wonder what those gold mining rights are really worth!!! Given HRCT's puny revenues, I think Nasdaq with take a close look at all the assets they claim. Nasdaq will also look at the people behind an applicant for listing.
