In yesterday's OTCBB daily list :

otcbb.com

...it shows that the symbol will be changed back to AUTC
very soon. Unfortunately, this is due to the fact that
the company has not yet come into full compliance and
been signed off by the OTCBB, so at least temporary delisting
seems probable. I'm not holding, but if I were, I'd be
incredibly disappointed with the way this whole matter has
developed... My understanding is that they've had financials
for some number of months, and simply underestimated the
amount of time for them to wind their way through the Nasdaq
bureaucracy.
