Correction -- I did some further investigation of the numbers and the increase in Clemmer's holdings are a component of a Management comp agreement with the Sponsors

I estimate he's getting ~1.5% of the Sponsor's equity pool each time they liquidate a portion of their holdings.

Apart from his normal comp arrangement with the Company of ~$3m per year, this arrangement with the Sponsors will net Clemmer north of $100m @ $30/sh.
