I would really like MCP if the Chinese didn't have 90+% of the rare earths. If MCP gets up and running and Chinese dump; material prices tanks and MCP gets sick. On the other hand rare earths are vital to USA national defense etc. Will MCP get benefit of "too important to fail" and be subsidized by Feds? I made an MCP trade early this year got 5% pop; got scared and left. Not sure what to do. Long on ORT spec, though. They could actually make money off Chinese.
