Isn't the amount of float about to increase next month? Doesn't it seem "reactionary" and "protective" for Morgan Stanley to change their rating a day after they release a bombshell that negatively moves the shares? After all, they are the market makers on this thinly traded and extremely wide-spreaded stock. Also, What's your long term period and short term period and how do you calculate your "100% oversold" price point. Thanks in advance.
