To Quick Bucks I believe I KNOW THE REASON THE RISE IN THE PRICE, just recently Smith Barney came out with a second recommemdation on PHII. What they said was they were reiterating their 1h (buy,high) rating and price target of $29.00. also they are maintaining their estimats of $.70 and $.95 for 1997 and 1998.Smith Barney goes on to speak about the company's 1st q earnings, expectations,investment thesis and other related points of interest. this report came out on 05 june 1997. Hope this information helps explain the mystery.
