Good afternoon, Jim and Bob,

Jim, I cannot show you the money on Sunday.

Could you smell the Money when you read the two documents? I did.

The papers told us what happened and what to do in the future. They have a SOLID DEVELOPMENT PLANNING. BEA will become a big company if it will not be taken over.

MORE competitors (big boys), discoveries and drillings are too good to the major landholder - BEA group. But it certainly attracts more hunters. Anyone control the BEA it means control around 10% of STF and 40.88% of Panda Petroleums Ltd. The cost to become a major shareholder of BEA is cheap at the currently price level. Only the reasonable share prices can make Mr. McLod safer. The present raising money method ( rights) is sure better then private placement.

More and more shareholders understand the value of their investment and they will make serious consideration before making any decision to dispose of any shareholding position at this time. Demand is increasing but the supply is reduced. The 80-penny block is easy to break now. I can see BEA showing us the money very soon.

Good luck to all,

Mm_
