you may be right about the smartmoney article...but if waterhouse is number 1, there must be some sorry on-line brokers out there...the only reason i continue to use them is the cheap price and the fact that they have an office a mile away from where i work, so i could go place a trade in person if i had to(in the event of a market meltdown, for example)
