THis statement in the reference document caught my eye. "...Based upon the Company's current plan of operations, it is
anticipated that the remaining amount available under the Private Equity Agreement will provide
sufficient working capital for at least the next 12 months...."

The discussion of spin-off was also interesting, but most this is moot as this was 1) before SEC approval and 2) the set start date. I guess I shouldn't say moot as there has been much discussion of Gomez and it's spin-off as an internet IPO later this summer or fall.

I generally don't put much stock in a company's home page, but after reviewing Ashton's I made an exception. Much good information there and worth a long visit. After you have digested everything you can learn, you should give the CEO a call. After you talk to him, I believe you'll come away with a livelier impression of why he is so respected.
