I haven't been to CPU store for months. Last time I was there (actually, last two times) I wanted info on apple mac stuff and was steered away from apple stuff to PC stuff as though, no one in their right mind would even consider apple. Sales staff were so negative in their assistance and info. that I've never been back. I owned part of this company last time its stock price was down where it is now. It's no wonder it is back in mid teens. No one who works there seems to give a damn about the customers or the company. Even the management is empathetic and too busy to communicate. Great for customer service. Great for morale. Great for the business.
