VB, They will announce the IPO by Feb 7. The announcement will be relative to the filing of the S-1 and I believe the IPO must happen within 60 days of the filing (someone correct me if I am wrong). Usually it happens sooner than that and NAVR would be nuts to wait the full period considering the demand. Dave
