I watched the call, however it was somewhat garbled to my end. Here are some points I could make out: IJ comments 1)Deal furthers the competition in the marketplace. Provides new? products in the marketplace. Will further allow growth of CDMA. 2)The arrangement with the 4000 employees and the SD community played a big part in doing the deal with KYO 3) ASICS ended up with a "good" arrangement 4) Deal does not effect Globalstar, but PDQ was part of the deal. Sorry if this is disjointed, but as I said the transmission was garbled. Should wait for printed text.
