Thanks for the response. I really wasn't imagining any "devices" on your part. I just figured, SI has a fixed amount of bandwidth that they must allocate between the old and the new systems. And maybe you were swinging the stick more towards the new system at a certain point of readiness. Bottom line: the old SI was VERY slow for me yesterday and today. Maybe it didn't have to do with SI -- could have been the backbone I'm on or whatever. But I did have the same experience using my backup (dialup).

But don't take this as a complaint -- I'm a very happy SIer!
