I think you would be surprised to see the list of stocks with a similar M.O.

I wanted to just put a reminder out in the open. Let us call it a scarlet letter. Maybe a big red P&D should be put on his log-in name. That way new people he meets would know what others have found out the hard way.

It is very comparable to saying that 20/20 or Dateline hounds con artists. If you do immorral activities or have an appearance of immoral activity, then you should not be immune from people questioning your activity.
