Excluding ETF activity, Equity funds report net cash inflows totaling $385 million in the week ended March 15 with Non-domestic funds reporting inflows totaling $1.267 billion and Domestic funds reporting net cash outflows of -$882 million;
Excluding ETF activity, International Equity funds report net cash inflows of $1.121 billion with inflows reported in all Emerging and Developed regions;
Excluding ETF activity, Energy funds report net outflows for the fifth consecutive week (-$12 Mil);
Exchange Traded Funds report net cash inflows totaling $6.544 billion. Largest inflows:
$2.783 Bil to the SPDR Trust Series 1 fund;
$1.220 Bil to the NASDAQ 100 Index Tracking Stock Fund;
$0.787 Bil to the iShares Russell 2000 Index fund;
$0.580 Bil to the MidCap SPDR fund;
$0.200 Bil to the Select Sector SPDRs Materials fund;
Largest outflows:
-$272 Mil from the iShares S&P Small Cap 600 Index fund;
-$54 Mil from the Select Sector SPDRs Financial fund;
-$46 Mil from the iShares MSCI Mexico Index fund;
Excluding ETF activity, Taxable Bond funds report net cash outflows totaling -$164 million as net outflows from High Yield Corporate Bond funds (-$404 Mil) and Government Bond funds (-$368 Mil) offset inflows to International & Global Debt funds ($192 Mil) and Corporate Bond funds investing in Investment Grade and High Quality securities ($130 Mil; $88 Mil, respectively);
Money Market funds report net outflows totaling -$15.998 billion;
Municipal Bond funds report net cash inflows totaling $157 million with all sectors but insured funds reporting inflows.
