Who are you comparing HD with in terms of the lower salaries? I have never seen articles showing they were lower than say, Lowes- or other retailers. And there benefits and stock options seem great, compared to a retailer like Walmart. Do you have an article, or some statistics on this? I prefer not to buy from companies that mistreat their employees, so if you have some data on them, I'd like to see it.
