Okay, KAA, I'll start ripping.<gg>

I, like so many others have been reading, watching, and forming opinions, sometimes changing day to day.

Things I find odd and ironic about the current Clinton debacle:

Most people don't trust Clinton, yet elected him twice to the highest office in the land. Clinton will finish his term (I believe). I also see Al Gore standing a good chance of being elected to the White House after Clinton leaves (because Clinton got elected TWICE!!).

Clinton defeated Bush for among other things, Bush's - "Read my lips, no new taxes." I think Clinton's oft repeated finger pointing denial one ups Bush.

Clinton takes credit for the economy. Were interest rates as high in his administration as in Reagan and Bush's respectively? The reason the market has rocketed is why?

To Clinton's credit, he has reduced the federal budget, but without having a concurrent administration and ensuing events can one actually say that things would have been worse if it were a Republican elected to the office instead of a Democrat?

Clinton's oft rumored (now pretty much proven to be true by those with whom he had the trists) affairs were prevelant before he was elected to his second term. Why then is this sex thing a bigger deal? Because he did it while working on taxpayer's money? But yet when our government wastes gobs of money on overpayments and the like, Clinton's shenanegans take precedent?

Clinton said he was going to staff his administration to reflect America. Looks like he also conducted his personal affairs to reflect the values of America in practice (which is often much different than stated).
