PCTL had announced ALL the bad news including the lousy projections
for the next FEW quarters. With a book value over $7.5/share and
$2/share in cash, its downside risk should be minimum. It will be an
interesting stock to trade in the next six months. Waiting for the
entry point for this stock. $9? or $10?
