I am really amazed by the comments that my post questioning possible "greenmail" generated. I found it quite amusing. It sort of reminded me of the abuse many of you dumped on Ted Quinn-- I believe someone even started calling him Cockroach. (BTW, if I had listened to Ted I would be a bit wealthier today).

Just a couple of questions for all of you who think I "insulted Mr Teo", or "live in a fantasy world"

1) Just who are you michael r. pedensky and how is it that you know Teo, what he thinks, and what he intends for CRUS?

2) Just where do you folks think the term "Greenmail" came from? It was coined in the late 80s or early 90s to describe groups that launched a hostile takeover and were paid off by the management. I think (don't know for sure) that Carl Ichan was party to at least one successful Greenmail attempt. Now, clearly there was nothing illegal about say 10 years ago because it was in widespread practice so what makes it illegal today?

3) Why is it that suggesting "Greenmail" is an insult. Many people believe that "business is business" and calling someone a "greenmailer" is no different than calling some one a "corporate raider" or even "shrewd investor". Want a real insult, call someone a lawyer.

4) Is it just a coincidence that a smart "mega investor" has bought into a company sitting on a mountain of cash?

I can't wait for the responses. Last comment. If I was out to Greenmail CRUS, I would be highly insulted that someone suggested that I was a Greenmailer. However, if I was just an "honest investor" I would probably care less.
