actually trickle down has turned into trickle off... as in offshore, this time around. We didn't get the stimulus here, it went to india and china. When we cut corporate taxes, as the Bush administration has done, thats where the money goes. Same with tax incentives for the rich, all the money just goes offshore. Too late now, we're wiped out.
