Lets assume that the recessions that are going on overseas do adversely effect our economy enough that we fall back into recession. Or that interest rates rise over these incredible all time lows. Suddenly we have an even more moribund economy. Getting a loan to buy a home becomes much more difficult, even expensive, for future buyers. Not a rosy future if this comes to pass. RtS
