what is the likelyhood of NTAP being a target of SUNW, HP, DELL or some other large company?

I hear little half-baked rumors every now and then about a big company buying NTAP. I can't see it happening because NTAP does not want it to happen. Even at today's valuations, it would be very expensive to buy NTAP. It is certainly not a part of their corporate plan (to be purchased).

There was a time when it seemed logical for CSCO to buy NTAP, but those times are gone. IBM's buying NTAP makes sense now, but that would be very unlike IBM.
