The note holders have been offered a deal they can't refuse....I dont think...I have excepted....only problem in my mind is a lot of new shares will be free trading in a month or two.... Not sure what that will do to the stock....I, for one, am not going to be in a hurry to sell......Ill have a lot of stock with a cheep basis and I am willing to wait to see what the company can do......but who knowes about the other note holders....could put some pressure on the company stock for awhile.... But, imo, this stock could sell for $25.00 in 2 years.....Just my opinion.....al
