case #96 CR 68M. Reflections and Predictions

Greetings, Sovereign citizens, Tyrants, and
Mudscavengers!
Now that there is no hope for my freedom, I will
take this opportunity to say a few words. John Doe
#2 is still alive, as far as I know. I am sure that by
now, it is no secret that he is ATF. He and others in
the ATF proved, through deeds, their loyalty to the
cause. One of them was to contact individuals who
were to be spared, giving them warning to stay away
from the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. Everyone
knows by now that those warnings went out. As for the
nursery, they were to be given instructions to flee the
building with the children. The only reason they were
not given those instructions as had been planned is
due to a direct double cross by my ATF accomplices.
I am exposing their occupations at this time, rather
than their identities in order to allow them one final
opportunity to redeem themselves. Time will tell. I
feel no responsibility even though the children were
not spared as to plan. Their blood is on the hands of
their parents who continue to affiliate their loyalties to
the Evil Empire - The New World Order, which has
murdered millions such as the Civil War, The Dresden
Holocaust, Ruby Ridge, and the Waco Massacre.
They then honor themselves by giving each other metals
for their actions. For every one of ours, we will now
require the blood of ten of theirs ! There was to be a
claim of responsibility as well as reasoning behind the
deed. This was to be published to the media even in
my absence. The fact that it wasn't is further proof of
a double cross by my accomplices. However, this letter
will suffice.
True patriots, Sovereign citizens will NEVER honor ANY
government which conflicts with either Biblical,
Constitutional, or the Creators natural order. We seek
the dismantling of such alien authority, and perversion.
We seek to establish a proper government for the
preservation of the Creators Natural Order for our kin
and culture. The Constitution was not written to give us
rights, rather to restrain the government from infringing
on our rights. Our forebearers sacrificed their blood by
preserving our freedom. Now we will have to make the
same sacrifice. THIS IS WAR; You must separate
yourselves from all agencies and individuals who
collectively aid and abet the New World order in it's
destruction and take over of America. The line has been
drawn!! WE will no longer continue to be hunted down
and slaughtered as prey by lackeys of the New World
order, nor it's mudscavengers. No, we will now become
the Hunters. If you are found in a loyalistic relationship to
the enemy, you will be treated as the traitor you are and
with EXTREME PREJUDICE! (Ezekiel 3:18-19, 33-7. 2

Cells, our operatives are still in the learning process of
Guerilla warfare. The media has reported on Militia
training camps in every state in America. The media
is also learning of groups or cells executing blacks and
other non citizen mudscavengers in initiation rites.
Bombing of IRS offices and many other deeds against
enemy positions. Butch Reno is frantically searching for
security measures against this. However, our learning
process is being synthesized and will soon be an
effective component. The only way to stop us is to
execute the entire White Race. This has long been the
plan anyway, so we have NOTHING TO LOSE!! We now
have everything to gain ! See "A Racial Program For
The Twentieth Century", in the congressional Record,
published by the U.S. Government printing office,
Proceedings of the House, 1957, page 8559, you will
find the documentation of the governments Communist
plan for using blacks to achieve the elimination of the
White Race.
Non-whites, you are not recognized as citizens. You
are a disease infested, crime epidemic, an enemy
operative. We do not intend to share the American
continent with Tyrants or mudscavengers! It is simply
against the Creators Natural order, and will never work.
In 1992, the government reported one million rapes,
robberies, and murders of whites by blacks alone.
One out of every four black men are carriers of the
AIDS virus, not to mention genocide through race
mixing. There will be a purging of the land. Non whites
should flee this country while they can. If they wait
until we have beheaded the Federal Tyrants who
protect them now, they will simply just be a minor
detail swept into the dustpan of history.
Tyrants, Bill and Butch Judea, what a couple you
make! Two perverts in a pod! We could not ask for a
more appealing enemy. Keep up the great work for
as long as you can. Give us your best shot, because
we are sure as HELL going to give you and your kind
ours!! Try taking our arms, we'll take your own tanks
and turn them on you as the Militias in Russia did on
their own Tyrants. In the ruthless manner you've
progressed against us, so shall we return your deeds
tenfold!!
The loyalists of the New World Order has expressed
their hatred for me and what I, as well as others have
sacrificed our lives for. But the resistance has not fully
expressed our hatred of them... yet! The Federal
WHORES may kill me, but they will never kill the
REVOLUTION!!

McVeigh Justifies Bombing in Essay

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- In a 1,200-word essay written on death
row, Timothy McVeigh compares the Oklahoma City bombing to
U.S. military actions against Iraq and blasts the United States
for what he calls a hypocritical foreign policy.
McVeigh, in the June issue of the alternative magazine Media
Bypass, says the United States has ``set the standard when
it comes to the stockpiling and use of weapons of mass
destruction.''
McVeigh cites several examples of what he considered a
double standard in policy, including the U.S. government
referring to any day care center in an Iraqi government building
as ``a shield'' while saying a day care center was in the
Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building for ``family convenience.''
``Think about it,'' McVeigh wrote.
``Actually, there is a difference here,'' he said in a parenthetical
aside. ``The administration has admitted to knowledge of the
presence of children in or near Iraqi government buildings, yet
they still proceed with their plans to bomb -- saying they
cannot be held responsible if children die. There is no such proof,
however, that knowledge of the presence of children existed in
relation to the Oklahoma City bombing.''
He then asks: ``Who are the true barbarians?'' McVeigh was
sentenced to death for the April 19, 1995 bombing that killed
168 people, including 19 children in the federal building's day
care center. More than 500 other people were injured.
McVeigh also wrote that the bombing was similar to U.S.
military actions against foreign governments.
``Whether you wish to admit it or not, when you approve,
morally, of the bombing of foreign targets by the U.S.
military, you are approving of acts morally equivalent to the
bombing in Oklahoma City,'' McVeigh wrote.
Rich Azar of Media Bypass said the handwritten essay,
dated March 1998, arrived unsolicited with markings from
the maximum security federal prison in Florence, Colo.,
where McVeigh is on death row.
``It came as a jolt out of the blue,'' Azar said Thursday.
Rob Nigh, McVeigh's attorney in Tulsa, Okla., said he
could not confirm that McVeigh wrote the essay, citing
attorney-client privilege. But Luis Winn, executive assistant
to the prison warden, said McVeigh was shown a faxed
copy of the article Thursday and told him he wrote it.
Azar said the magazine confirmed the essay's authenticity
by mail with McVeigh and by comparing it with a known
sample of McVeigh's handwriting from U.S. military records
the magazine obtained during a 1996 interview.
In a preface, McVeigh explains why he chose the magazine:
``Frankly, I realize that it is quite provocative -- and I doubt
that any mainstream media would touch it.''
Media Bypass, an Evansville-based magazine with ties to
right-wing militias, gained national attention when it
published an interview with a grand juror in the bombing case.
The juror, Hoppy Heidelberg, criticized prosecutors for failing
to present evidence of a larger conspiracy. He later was
dismissed. His interview led defense attorneys to file for a
mistrial, which was denied.

[Here is the essay discussed above, allegedly written by
Tim McVeigh. The Negro mercenary for the Jews, Ken Hamblin,
has acknowledged the veracity of this essay on his talk radio
show of 6-2-98. And, in this essay, there are also stylistic
similarities to McVeigh's earlier letter, which I have on file and

The administration has said that Iraq has no right to stockpile
chemical or biological weapons ("weapons of mass destruction")
-- mainly because they have used them in the past.
Well, if that's the standard by which these matters are decided,
then the U.S. is the nation that set the precedent. The U.S. has
stockpiled these same weapons (and more) for over 40 years. The
U.S. claims that this was done for deterent purposes during the
"Cold War" with the Soviet Union. Why, then is it invalid for Iraq to
claim the same reason (deterence) -- with respect to Iraq's (real)
war with, and the continued threat of, its neighbor Iran?
The administration claims that Iraq has used these weapons in
the past. We've all seen the pictures that show a Kurdish woman
and child frozen in death from the use of chemical weapons. But,
have you ever seen these pictures juxtaposed next to pictures from
Hiroshima or Nagasaki?
I suggest that one study the histories of World War I, World War II
and other "regional conflicts" that the U.S. has been involved in to
familiarize themselves with the use of "weapons of mass
destruction."
Remember Dresden? How about Hanoi? Tripoli? Baghdad? What
about the big ones-- Hiroshima and Nagasaki? (At these two
locations, the U.S. killed at least 150,000 non-combatants --
mostly women and children -- in the blink of an eye. Thousands
more took hours, days, weeks, or months to die.)
If Saddam is such a demon, and people are calling for war crimes
charges and trials against him and his nation, why do we not hear
the same cry for blood directed at those responsible for even
greater amounts of "mass destruction" -- like those responsible
and involved in dropping bombs on the cities mentioned above?
The truth is, the U.S. has set the standard when it comes to the
stockpiling and use of weapons of mass destruction.
Hypocrisy when it comes to death of children? In Oklahoma City,
it was family convenience that explained the presence of a
day-care center placed between street level and the law
enforcement agencies which occupied the upper floors of the
building. Yet when discussion shifts to Iraq, any day-care center
in a government building instantly becomes "a shield." Think
about that.
(Actually, there is a difference here. The administration has admitted
to knowledge of the presence of children in or near Iraqi government
buildings, yet they still proceed with their plans to bomb -- saying
that they cannot be held responsible if children die. There is no such
proof, however, that knowledge of the presence of children existed in
relation to the Oklahoma City bombing.)
When considering morality and mens rea [criminal intent] in light of
these facts, I ask: Who are the true barbarians?
Yet another example of this nation's blatant hypocrisy is revealed by
the polls which suggest that this nation is greatly in favor of bombing
Iraq.
In this instance, the people of the nation approve of bombing
government employees because they are "guilty by association" --
they are Iraqi government employees. In regard to the bombing in
Oklahoma City, however, such logic is condemned.
What motivates these seemingly contradictory positions? Do people
think that government workers in Iraq are any less human than those
in Oklahoma City? Do they think that Iraqis don't have families who
will grieve and mourn the loss of their loved ones? In this context, do
people come to believe that the killing of foreigners is somehow
different than the killing of Americans?
I recently read of an arrest in New York City where possession of a
mere pipe bomb was charged as possession of a "weapon of mass
destruction." If a two pound pipe bomb is a "weapon of mass
destruction," then what do people think that a 2,000-pound
steel-encased bomb is?
I find it ironic, to say the least, that one of the aircraft that could
be used to drop such a bomb on Iraq is dubbed "The Spirit of
Oklahoma."
When a U.S. plane or cruise missile is used to bring destruction to a
foreign people, this nation rewards the bombers with applause and
praise. What a convenient way to absolve these killers of any
responsibility for the destruction they leave in their wake.
Unfortunately, the morality of killing is not so superficial. The truth
is, the use of a truck, a plane, or a missile for the delivery of a
weapon of mass destruction does not alter the nature of the act
itself.
These are weapons of mass destruction -- and the method of
delivery matters little to those on the receiving end of such
weapons.
Whether you wish to admit it or not, when you approve, morally,
of the bombing of foreign tartgets by the U.S. military, you are
approving of acts morally equivilent to the bombing in Oklahoma
City. The only difference is that this nation is not going to see
any foreign casualties appear on the cover of Newsweek
magazine.
It seems ironic and hypocritical that an act viciously condemned
in Oklahoma City is now a "justified" response to a problem in a
foreign land. Then again, the history of United States policy over
the last century, when examined fully, tends to exemplify
hypocrisy.
When considering the use of weapons of mass destruction against
Iraq as a means to an end, it would be wise to reflect on the words
of the late U.S. Supreme Court Justice Louis Brandeis. His words
are as true in the context of Olmstead as they are when they stand
alone:
"Our government is the potent, the omnipresent teacher. For good or
for ill, it teaches the whole people by its example."
