My husband was assaulted by a CPU employee. But I must say that the response from management (whom he emailed, because he was so upset by the incident) was very speedy. My husband quickly received a very sincere apology and the offending employee was fired. I was impressed enough to take another look at CPU's stock and decided to buy on the recent low. The tight job market is probably limiting the quality of the employees available to them, but from our personal experience I am encouraged by managements effectiveness.
