Thanks for the thorough reply. It's been awhile since I read the ORCTF prospectus, but it was either there or in conversation with Ron Carlini that I got the impression the infringement judgment was based on conversation between ORCTF and their attorneys. In other words, they were given a verbal description of the patents in question and based their decision on that.

I'd like to think this isn't still the case, though it would certainly give those making the judgement a backdoor.
