China will not follow Japan graciously returning to its natural size. It is falling back with a thud. Since 1990 Japan no longer grows. China could slowly fall back and no one would be talking about it. But first with Trump economic war, and follow by Covid, China will fall with sudden jolts. Each one back to a lower level.
