Paul, If Microsoft did buy DEC then this would almost force Intell to make a move as the opposite scenario might transpire. Either or I think a move for Novell is underway, maybe not Intel but I can find no other reason to keep the stock price down. Novell will make .8 to .9 a share next year and they trade at 10 bucks !!!!!!! This has to be some sick joke on managements part. Maybe they think if they keep the stock price down they can attract some bids and start a bidding war, however I think they just want the CASH!!! Scott
