Eric, Why would you think CSCO pays little premium for buying companies. Don't you think $220M for Granite System, a Gigabit Ethernet pioneer with no product is a little and what about $200M for Telebit for just a Digital modem technology. Then whoelse is willing to pay more for those. Thank you for your reply. I am just curious. Steve
