Hi DS,
this seems a very high price in terms of $/GB. The consultant to whom I made the remark told me that it was more of a server solution than plain storage (?). And 300 gb are the present application data, not the size of offered storage. So I need to know more details about the real hardware which is involved. For small boxes EMC symmetrix sells over here around 250-300 $/gb. So I expected these prices to be much under that. I'll try to know more...The only thing which was of interest for me as a NTAP owner was that the EMC pricing was reasonably aggressive.
