Yes I completely forgot that some people still use pen and paper to do what you were talking about, but then in the old days a trader had from 5 to 10 folks at his command in making charts by hand. The cost of a program such as you and i use is pea-nuts compared to the old way of charting. John when you are making a decision to buy or sell a stock, just how big a decision in % points do your charts have an influence on you? By the way I see that DTN has already replaced scmid symbol with hits, the asked price is 2.37500 and the bid is 2.25000 With this new symbol do you think we will drop off in volume today? Would you care to venture an opinion on what will happen to HITS today in volume and price,, now I think it will be a crap shoot for a few days.----Thanks for letting me ramble on and on but it is nice to know you are out there.----francis terry
