Thanks for the scoop. Where did you get it?
Why would a company offer to purchase another company behind the CEO's back? Maybe they could sell the company while he was at lunch or out for coffee. When he came back he would notice right away that the "V" was missing from his company. I suppose I would want Stein our of the loop if I were to purchase VLSI too since he's such an egocentric knucklehead. I've been trading VLSI for 1/4 points for a couple days as it don't look like it's going anywhere soon.
