Panetta is right. He speaks the truth. He was there in the White House when Monica was doing the President. She served under him. He was Chief of Staff. He must have known, as they all knew. He at least had the moral integrity to bail once the 96 election was over. And since the start of this presidential farce of a defense, he has been calling out for Clinton to come clean. Panetta deserves respect. He is not a fool, or blindly loyal.
