Thanks DownSouth; as always your responses are qualified, objective and opinionated and I appreciate all three qualities. You are a real asset to the SI community! I am contacting some EMCer friends in an attempt to dig a little deeper into EMC's present approach to the NAS architecture and hope to get back to you with some info.
