"You are denying we have a Mexican mafia/drug problem in the USA? " No. The cartels are a problem, although more in Mexico than here. But, things are far from collapse. The cartels are a problem. They own northern Mexico, and that isn't going to change. The government there has reached an accommodation with them, so change isn't going to come from there. The only thing that can really be done is legalization.
